Privacy

Client contact details, birth details, consultation questions, appointment information and documents are treated as private account information and are used to provide the requested consultation and account services.

Birth data is not displayed publicly. Access is limited to the authenticated client and authorized administrative/consultation staff. Integration credentials are stored server-side and sensitive integration secrets are encrypted at rest by the application.

Clients may contact the site administrator to request access, correction, export or deletion/archiving of account data, subject to legal and professional record-keeping requirements.
